Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on:

  • Friday after 3 PM EST

  • Saturday

  • Sunday

  • U.S. Holidays

Will begin processing on the next business day (typically Monday).

Processing time does not include transit time.

During limited drops or high-volume launches, processing may extend to 5–7 business days.


Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping options at checkout may include:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated 5–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: Estimated 2–3 business days

Transit times are estimates and begin once the package is accepted by the carrier.


Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

  • Packages returned due to address errors

  • Reshipment costs due to customer entry mistakes

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is placed.


Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Delivery exceptions

  • Lost or stolen packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.


Carrier Delays & Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Weather

  • Carrier operational issues

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • High-volume holiday periods
