Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and unworn

  • No scratches, scuffs, creasing, or wear

  • All protective films intact

  • Original packaging, dust bag, tags, and inserts included

  • No fragrance, smoke, or odor present

Returns that do not meet these standards will be refused and sent back.


Final Sale Items

The following are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Limited edition or “drop” releases marked final sale

  • Numbered / serialized items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products

All 1 Train limited releases are considered final sale unless otherwise stated.


Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of:

    • The product

    • Packaging

    • Shipping box

If approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement (if inventory allows), or

  • A repair solution, or

  • A refund at our discretion

We reserve the right to determine whether an item is defective due to manufacturing or misuse.


Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.


Chargeback & Fraud Protection

We document all shipments, packaging conditions, and serial numbers prior to dispatch. Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested with shipping confirmation and delivery evidence.
